The ENERGIZE Project was proud to be strongly represented at the 3rd Jülich-Aachen Neuromorphic Computing Day, held on May 22, 2025 at Forschungszentrum Jülich.
The event was co-hosted by Prof. Max Lemme, spokesperson of the NeuroSys Cluster and a key collaborator in the ENERGIZE consortium. His involvement highlights the close synergy between NeuroSys and ENERGIZE in advancing neuromorphic computing technologies.
One of the highlights of the day was a presentation by our project partner Prof. Gunuk Wang from Korea University, who showcased his team’s latest breakthroughs in neural networks based on memristive arrays. These systems aim to deliver ultra-low-power AI, aligning closely with ENERGIZE’s mission to develop energy-efficient, next-generation computing architectures.
The event featured a packed agenda of inspiring talks and dynamic discussions, all centered around the fast-evolving field of neuromorphic computing. For the ENERGIZE Project, this was an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas, explore future research directions, and strengthen collaborations within and beyond the consortium.
We are excited to carry this momentum forward and continue building a more energy-efficient and intelligent computing future.
