ENERGIZE’s multilevel interconnected research is enabled by the complementary expertise of the project partners. On the European side, the project brings together:
- the Graphene Electronics Group at AMO GmbH
- the Laboratory of Nanoscale Electronics and Structures and the NanoLab at EPFL
- the group of Gianluca Fiori at Università di Pisa (UNIPI)
- the Pervasive Electronics Advanced Research Laboratory at Universidad de Granada (UGR).
On the Korean side, there are:
- the Novel Nano Material Lab of Prof. Ki Kang Kim and the Yu Lab of Prof. Woo Jong Yu at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU)
- the WANG Lab of Prof. Gunuk Wang at Korea University (KU)
- the Analog and Mixed-Signal Integrated Cirscuits Design Lab of Prof. Byung-Geun Lee at Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST).
- the Digital Circuits and Systems Lab of Prof. Sungju Ryu at Sogang University (SGU).
The expertise of this consortium covers the entire semiconductor value chain, including material science (EPFL and SKKU), process and device development (AMO, EPFL, SKKU, KU), metrology (AMO, EPFL), back-end processing (GIST, SGU), packaging (GIST, SGU), integration (UNIPI, UGR, AMO, EPFL, SKKU, KU, GIST) and testing (GIST, SGU).
ENERGIZE’s Project Coordinator is Priv.-Doz. Dr. Dmitry Chigrin, Scientific Adviser at AMO GmbH.
